You may be asking yourself why I would offer to submit your property on my website free of charge. Well, there are three reasons: 1.) You are, quite frankly, competition. The sooner your property sells the better off we will all be; 2.) If you ever decide to contact a Realtor to sell your property I am hoping you will contact me, and; 3.) Perhaps if you are happy with the outcome of this program you will refer family, friends, and colleagues to me that may require help with their real estate needs.

Over the years I have developed what I think to be a very comprehensive website. I have also learned a few tricks on how to have my website show up on search engines around the world. In fact, I usually receive over 100 hits per day on my website, an excellent number for any website such as mine. So, the more hits my website receives the more likely people are going to see your property listing, translating to a quicker sale for you.

Now then, check out the links on my website "View our Listings" and "For Sale By Owner Properties". Your property can be listed under either link.

The difference is under the View our Listings link more comprehensive information can be inputted along with multiple photos giving potential buyers more reasons to contact you. There are also links to features, area schools, maps, and calculators.

The For Sale by Owner Properties link is very limited as far as the amount of text and only one photo can be inserted. The choice on which area to have your property listed is yours, of course.

Keep in mind I would be the one to input the information for you, and would need to insert your contact information directly into the text along with disclaimers. You would simply fill out and send to me the FSBO Input Form along with any photos you would like to have show on the site. Remember, only one photo is allowed under the For Sale By Owner Properties link.

Also keep in mind potential buyers may sometimes contact me even though your contact information is in the listing information. If a potential buyer contacts me about your property, I will have the option of passing them along to you or asking you to sign paperwork that would enable me to show them your property. If I showed that potential buyer your property and they agreed to purchase then Realty Executives of Aurora would be entitled to a commission at closing. That commission would be previously agreed upon with you.

You would also be responsible for contacting me with updates such as under contract date, closed date, price changes, etc. This would enable me to keep the website as up to date as possible. I would also retain the right to remove your listing from my site at anytime for any reason.

One last item; I can prepare flyers for your property if you would like. Again, there is no charge for this service.
