Being a Realtor, I have developed extensive marketing plans that give a property more exposure, meaning possibly a quicker sale at a higher price for you. This marketing would include Multiple Listing Service Exposure, a space on my full-page Homes Illustrated magazine, exposure on at least three different websites (not to mention the search engines the information is uploaded to!), postcards and flyers mailed to potential buyers, and weekly updates to you on the progress of the marketing. In addition, whatever advise I am legally able to give to you on the sale of your property, it's yours!

Secondly, there are investors that may be able to help you get out from underneath a problem or distressed property by purchasing the property quickly and easily. In fact, in most cases these investors will purchase the property in 'AS IS' condition meaning you will not be required to complete any repairs. In some cases, these investors may even be able to help you with your moving expenses!
